PineGuard TickKick™ Herbal Tick Repellent Spray

I ordered Pineguard and received Moonspry. Doesn't have the same ingredients either. Not sure how or why that happened. Was really looking forward to using this stuff. Haven't heard back from their support yet either and reached out over a week ago.

It arrived in a timely manner, but I only gave 4 stars because I don't know how it works. We haven't been seeing ticks in our yard, but I have heard they are bad this year so I bought this for my husband to spray on his feet and ankles when he mows the grass. I'm not sure if it works or not because we never saw any ticks before either.
