TickGuard Repellent Spray

We went camping last weekend and the bugs were bothering the dogs and grandkids we sprayed the Tickguard on and they weren’t bothered anymore and previos years ticks were sn issue and there were none this time!

Did not help prevent ticks at all. Sprayed on myself and family before going outside and we all still ended up with them on us or in our clothing. Also sprayed in bedrooms and still found a couple. We were going stir crazy as we felt this had the opposite effect. We were not in a heavily wooded area, just have several open fields surrounding us. Also the spray head needs improvment because it sprayed as a straight line instead of a mist which would stain clothing from the oil.

My rating is in regards to the lack of Customer service and communication as I was charged and received additional product after canceling a month prior. I have sent numerous messages as well as can show that they canceled me yet are still charging and sending me TickGuard
