Beautiful well crafted hat

From the moment you walk into Lock & Co you can feel the history and quality of this place even the members of staff are impeccably dressed. We headed up to the millinery where Joanne greeted us, my wife explained what type of hat she was looking for and Joanna was on to it straight away, she measured my wife’s head for size and brought out a small but perfectly thought styles offering her advice on them. We ended up buying the Erin hat which my wife loves. Thank you Joanne you made my wife feel so special.
