Red Light Therapy Bag

Worst customer service and company I’ve dealt with in a while. I ordered the bag as you can see from the review. They sent me a mat and insisted thats what I ordered like I cant read and just were completely insulting! I had to wait days for a return label and my return has been sitting at their location for over a week and still no refund. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN and I was so excited about this purchase! If I could give zero stars I would! Now they just messaged me and said that my bag was dirty and used and all I did was open it abd contact them immediatly! This company is disgusting! Now they have my mat amd im out my money!

So far so good. Wife loves the red light bag. Shipping came in 2 orders. So slight delay and confusion. But after reaching out they explained that it required 2 shipments. I recommended that they put that in there ordering information.

I was supposed to get the expensive red light bag and instead they sent me a mask and a cap! Not what I paid for! Im so mad!!! Their customer service number on both the website and Instagram don’t work! I sent an email with my order number and receipt and now I’m just supposed to wait and see?! Terrible!
