Update: I got an immediate and very polite response - I realise this was an honest mistake, and things like that can happen to anyone, so I really appreciate the honesty and the gift wrap refund as well. Thank you - this makes all the difference! :)
Unfortunately items were both wrapped (even though I only asked for one of them to be) and they were also mixed, so I opened the wrong one!
