Purchase of 2 Bow Ties

The purchase was easy. The ties were delivered promptly, I was kept informed and the humorus communications were definitely appreciated!! it is great to deal with a professional approach that is down to earth and gives the customer a smile! I have one very important criticism - I thought that the bow tie would make taller & stronger so that I would look like Superman but it only made me appear 'better dressed and tidy'. Oh well we can't have everything. Excellent firm to deal with because they sold me a quality product combined with a sense of fun!!
