Massage was ok but all went downhill after, music system was broken worker said so no relaxing music while I got my massage. I kept hearing people talk in the hallway, it was a waste. Usually I fall asleep… facial felt rushed and aggressive, came to find out my massage ran late so they actually were rushing me. She didn’t even explain what she was doing to me or ask what type of skin I have or anything. Then while I was changing they checked on me to make sure I was almost done so that they could start my nails already. It was NOT relaxing, it was hardly even enjoyable. I left feeling more annoyed than when I walked in. A genuine waste of $300+, I should have just left and had them rescheduled me but I was doing it in prep for an event. Sad, usually I get much better service there.
