These pantyliners serve as an excellent sneeze guard for us "women of a certain age". Those of us experiencing leakage when sneezing or laughing (despite diligent Kegel exercises) will understand exactly what I mean. I don't leave home without wearing one.

I love the length of the Pantyliner Plus. My only wish was that it was designed like the Regular Pantyliner with the "+" shape. That one sits better on the underwear.
