Perfect for medium flow or to share inserts!

GladRags organic cotton is superior! I like to use this holder during my medium flow days; I also share inserts from my other night pads plus - I originally bought 4 night pads plus, and then got 4 of just the holder so that each pad has one insert now and it works perfectly.
