Being a saddle flare, and my ears just having been sized up to 00, I had to wait a few extra weeks before dropping these babies in. Now they come in and out easily - but not too easily! I was worried about them falling out at night, but so far, so good. The clear acrylic is pretty cool and focuses the light in a really neat way which I hadn't expected but was pleasantly surprised by. Highly recommend this as an alternative to tunnels.
