Valenza - Hands-Free Barefoot Dress Shoe

I never received the product. GOFO claims to gave delivered the package and left it in my building’s foyer, but the photo it sent as proof showed delivery of another, smaller package. Nobody from Hike responded to my multiple emails requesting a new shipment or refund. Great shoues, lousy currier and customer service.

Love the wide toe for a comfy fit. Could have possibly purchased a half size smaller, but I have room for socks. The grey color is perfect too. I like the “ light grey”. Works well with other colors. And Im so happy the shoes arrived in plenty of time to take and wear for our vacation.

This shoe is way too big. I want to exchange it for a seven and a half and I'm having a hell of a time because I am on Shop instead of just through Hike. Can you help me get the exchange going for a 7? Why can't I manage exchanges with you?
