Sabrina Brogue Loafers

The shoes took 3 weeks to arrive and came in soft packaging (not a single box was used in the shipment. They put multiple pairs of shoes in bubble wrap, ziplock bags and a soft envelope. A couple were scuffed and one pair was poor quality/workmanship. Their sizing was also small compared to other similar purchases I have made. When I asked to return them, they offered a partial refund or return them to the UK. Nothing on the website made it apparent they come from the UK. Very disappointing because the shoes look really cute.
