I love my Compass!

I bought my Compass in 2020 and recently purchased an additional battery. I've love it and it was worth the price. Recently I lost my vehicle and decided not to replace it. I'm on my etrike all over town. I live in Glendale Arizona and my area has lots of bike ways and I have a bike map! The adjustment to this new no car lifestyle was pretty easy because my Compass is so reliable. I also found a mobile bike technician that comes to my home. This etrike is sturdy, carries a lot of things and I get compliments on it. Of course I recommend Evelo. Your bikes and customer service is above and beyond. Thank you so much ten thumbs up!

Replacement Compass Battery

My Compass Trike is about 3 years old now and since its purchase, I have used it daily. Replacing the battery is not the first issue I have had with this trike. Most of the issues have been related to the "E" part of ETrike, but every time I have had an issue Evelo's superb customer support has helped me resolve the problem and has done so in a timely manner. Evelo once again gets my highest praise for providing a solid product at a reasonable price and backing it with what I consider to be world class customer/product support.
