Mix up sorted brilliantly
I ordered a Puttaim as a birthday present but was sent the Puttaim mini instead ( minus the laser, battery and charging adapter) Having contacted customer service, the order was fulfilled by next day delivery and the missing parts for the Puttaim mini arrived a few days later.
I cannot fault Rob and his team at Golf Bays who sorted out the mix up very quickly.
Great product which is very well made. Only criticism is it comes with no instructions but Youtube sorts that!!
