The process of ordering the jumper was good, and the illustration based on the photo I provided was done well. I understand there may have been holiday delays, but the AI customer service on the website was very poor. I was repeatedly told I would receive an email update, which never came. I only received a quick and helpful response once I contacted them directly, thanks to Naomi. I also wish I had been shown the full illustration of the jumper beforehand, as I believed I had requested my dog’s name to be added between “Merry Christmas.” The stitching was not as expected—there were loose thread ends that hadn’t been properly removed, and some areas had gaps where the navy fabric showed through. The thread also appeared more grey than expected.
