Personally, I love it! 😀 A little goes a long way, so it's best to use the smallest amount possible—too much can definitely become clumpy. Other than that, it smells absolutely delicious, and it leaves your lips feeling soft, smooth, and velvety. 😋💋

This is the replacement product I received after reporting the issue with the previous one, and it's perfect! The product comes up properly when twisted, it's very moisturizing, and it smells amazing. It leaves my lips feeling super soft, and the packaging is absolutely adorable.

I received this product for free with the purchase of the Creative Come Back set, and as you can see from the photos, I had some issues with it. At first, I didn't know how to use it and thought you had to press it. Later, I watched some videos and realized that you actually have to twist it. Since nothing was happening, I removed the outer wrapping because I thought that was preventing the product from coming up, which is why it no longer has it. After that, I tried opening it with pliers and ended up bending it 😅. Then I used another tool and, surprise, there actually was product inside. However, it seemed to be very far down, and no matter how much I tried to twist it up, it wouldn't move. That said, the product itself is amazing. It’s very moisturizing, smells wonderful, and the packaging is absolutely beautiful. Because of the issue, I contacted customer support, sent them a video and photos, and they resolved everything very quickly by sending me a replacement. The new one works perfectly and the product comes up exactly as it should when twisted!
