As I got it free it's great. Had I paid full price for it, not worth the money as its tiny. It is however a collectors piece. Getting these free items is great but it does inhibit you from using any of your discount codes so if you want to do that then remove the item. If only I'd have known before clicking pay

Put an order in for my daughter who was turning 21,because I spent over £100 there was a free gift,my order arrived missing the £30 gift,customer service was awful,after many emails,I was sent out a gift of a mini oil which was under £10,not the product that was advertised.Will never order from them again

Love her lip oils, conditioners, Her products are well worth the price. Packaging is always cute. It's great that she sends samples, magazines about the products so you can learn all about them.
