FarmLoop Stage 2 Kit - P and X Series

Product came open they will not fix it I've emailed them dozens of times and they won't refund my money I am disgusted by this company.

This makes my intent to go into business possible. Now I can print at scale and speed!

Got the unit in, (it took 4 weeks to arrive after ordering, I live in Pennsylvania, USA). Excited, I built it and started testing. Worked wonderfully for 5 minutes. Then, the linear actuator stopped working. Opened that up, and the lead to the PCB was ripped off (and it was using very flimsy wire). After resoldering with my own higher quality wire, tried again. After 2 successful cycles of the door opening and closing, the linear actuator internals are no longer moving the actuator back and forth. I really want to love this product, it is an exciting step in consumer grade manufacturing automation, but the components used to build the system seem to be very, very cheap. I didn’t even get to print 1 plate with it. I am currently trying to rectify this with their CS, which to their credit, is very responsive and taking it seriously. If it gets rectified and I can print reliably with the system, I will change this review.
