Richmond Top handle bag Light Brown Suede

Well the reason that I didn’t give the bag 5 stars, was because first the delivery package was too bad and it was damaged when I received it. Thankfully the bag was okay, the other thing was when I placed my order I wanted my initial to be gold embossed, but received it clear I can barely see it , And I emailed the customer service about, and they apologised about everything and said to me that the gold embossed doesn’t work on suede leather. Tbh I wasn’t convinced because if it’s like what they say then why the option was there, plus I’ve seen a suede bag on their website and it was embossed with gold. I think they made a mistake and couldn’t be bothered to fix the problem.
