1st time user.
1st impression. . . wow this is very much a NEON color (got green color). Disappointed the backing is only plastic-coated paper insert. Hoping the wind chart and all were enclosed in acrylic, not just the surface. This is good size for putting on zippers and carry-about items. Going to give it a chance to work well for my uses.
