the gels are amazing… probably one of the best gel brands around! i did have to practice opening them on my runs as it took a while to open them cleanly! consistency is thin and smooth. electrolytes are also great… i can only stomach the lemon and lime flavour they’re the nicest flavour in my opinion - the others i find very very salty even if mixed with 900ml of water as directed… but they still do the job!!

Really impressed with these products. Great flavour and consistency. Really helps with my runs. Can’t wait to purchase again

Gels are good, but I wasn’t keen on the electrolytes. I found them really salty, may be a personal thing as other people rave about them
