Energy Gels - Berry

Work well and no GI issues. I’m generally not a fan of gels but I would recommend these. Only reason for 4 stars is they can be a bit fiddly to consume on the move but perhaps I just need a bit more practise 😊

Very nice flavour and seem to given me the energy I need. I like that the tear off tab has an extra bit so it doesn’t come all the way off - very good as sometimes they’re hard to keep hold of when you want to keep running whilst you fuel.

Pure sport energy gels were used for the first time at Leeds marathon helping me gain a PB great taste kept performance on point highly recommend 🤙
