Cheap materials with no particular height boosting tech built into the shoe. It just comes with a little wedge cutout that you put down into the heel of each shoe yourself; this cheap little free floating block of foam, completely separate from the shoe itself. Literally take any shoe you own, cut out a little wedge of packing styrofoam, and you’ve got the same thing.

Shoes are very uncomfortable. There is no cushion walking. You can feel every pebble under your feet. I asked your team for advice regarding how to over come the shoes size since I did not see you made 10.5 wide. Your team recommended I select size 11. I did noticed this helped a little regarding the size. The main issue is the shoes have no cushion and Are made too narrow for the average person.

Horrific customer service. They will not process a return. Their site says 30 days no questions asked for a return request, FALSE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am forced to file a dispute with my credit card company.
