Pearl Cross Necklace

Item never arrived, and getting a refund was an absolute nightmare. I contacted Lainly, and they told me I needed to reach out to USPS to confirm the item was not delivered because they supposedly had confirmation that it was delivered AND that I signed for it. I most definitely did not! To make matters worse, I was never given a tracking number. After asking multiple times, they finally provided one, only for USPS to confirm that it belonged to a completely different item shipped to a completely different address. So, essentially, it wasn't even my tracking number! Despite all of this, Lainly refused to issue a refund. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my bank just to get my money back. Seriously, no little cross necklace is worth this much hassle. Save yourself the headache and find something similar on Amazon. You'll thank me later! Photo attached of the item I received! lol

The photo displays this necklace as a beautiful pearl and gold necklace. It was described as a necklace that could be worn every day without concern about it tarnishing. I thought the original product looked tarnished when it arrived. Very disappointing!

It's just 'ok'. The chain is not high quality. I would say it's about a $10 necklace. So even though you get a 'discount' or 'free' necklace - nothing is ever 'free'. I wouldn't purchase from this Company again now that I have actually seen the product.
