I was really disappointed with how my necklace arrived. The chain was bent up when I opened the package, which made it look damaged and poorly handled during shipping. The design itself is nice, but receiving it in that condition took away from the experience. I hope the packaging and quality control can be improved so future customers receive their items in perfect shape
