Custom Paw Name Necklace – Separate Paws

I was having issues with my address being found and I kept being told it was fixed. However I continued to recieve emails that my address couldn’t be found. However it was sent out. When the day came that I was notified that my order was out for delivery, I never received it that day and was notified by the company delivering that my address couldn’t be found. I emailed ByHeart Jewelry for a refund multiple times over the course of a few days and was eventually told I’d need to email the delivery company and was told that my order couldn’t be delievered because they couldn’t reach my address (I do not live in any area that’s ever been difficult to reach and I’ve also recieved packages from the same delivery company). I emailed the delivery company and my order finally showed up at my door. Upon viewing the necklace, I saw that the names weren’t centered properly. The material used feels like very cheap material. This necklace is not worth near the price charged.

So disappointed. Really, really cheap really really tiny. Nothing like the photographs.
