Custom Paw Name Bracelet

Love it and would give 5 stars if the clasp wasn't such in indescribably huge pain in the arse. I literally took jewelry pliers to this bracelet and replaced that da*n thing, and for $60 I feel I should not have had to do that. However, the bracelet is fantastic quality otherwise and the engravings are beautiful!

I’ve already filled this out once. I bought this in memory of my pet that passed away just a few months ago. You can barely see the name on it. It’s so small. They magnify so in the advertisement. But once you receive it, it’s so small you can’t even tell what it is. I paid a good price for it. It was a very disappointed. They wanted to make it right. They refunded me a whole $11 that still didn’t make it right. If they wanted to really do it right they should’ve given me a full refund because I felt like they didn’t advertise it correctly. However, they did reach out and was very quickly to do that. I will give them a that, on their customer service.
