31 Days and learning so much that I can put into practice - buy it!
Several chapters in and SO MUCH helpful and honest information. Short chapters so you can actually take on-board what Allie is pointing you to.
And definitely not just a 'for runners' book. Everyone can benefit - at any age! Who knew at 72 I'd find this so helpful (thought I'd have cracked it by now)
Totally recommend - and don't just read it - USE IT and Do the Work
