Could not have asked for a better experience with Lucy & Lola! The portrait of my dog came back super quickly and it looked just like him! I was blown away. I couldn’t wait for the bag to arrive and when it did I was even happier. Amazing quality, the portrait is beautifully embroidered and I love that his name is on it. 5/5 and I’d give more if I could!

The Lucy&Lola of it all is great-unfortunately the bag adjusted to its tightest is still a wee bit too loose for my hips. I'll probably try to add a buckle and additional way to adjust the size
