Extra deep corrugated cake box

Purchased this box to hold a small 2 tier wedding cake. It is made of good sturdy card However it would not stay closed at either end, making it very unstable when carrying, I note there were only 2 openings on each side I feel it could have benefited from an extra 2 opening/closure slots on both sides for stability.
