Replacement lid

I had ordered the 16oz cup and when it arrived the lid had been damaged while in transit. I emailed Pirani and within an hour I had a response. The prompt response wasn’t the most impressive part. This first response occurred on a Saturday. I was so incredibly impressed with the customer service. I was sent a replacement immediately. I could not be happier with my purchase and the customer service. This was not my first order and will certainly not be my last. I love my cups and have bought for my family and friends.

Extra Lids are Great!

I gave up on another popular brand of tumbler with a magnetic lid because every time I would drop the tumbler, the lid would fly off and the contents would spill. Pirani soft closure lids will break under unusual abuse (not uncommon for active people) but otherwise, they stick and hold the liquid where its supposed to be plus the screw on lid ensures the entire lid doesn't pop off which is much better than a rubber o-ring used by competitors. I did manage to break one lid but the spare got me back in business. I also ordered the non closure lid for use around the house, mainly during cocktail hour!
