ONEVAN 20" Cordless Pole Hedge Trimmer (All-in-One) with Shoulder Strap & LED Display

Received in good time approximately 10 days from ordering, used on hedge and found to work well, with good cutting action, light enough to use for an extended time compared to my petrol long reach one, the blades are not as fast as the petrol but works very well, I would happily recommend it. The tool is good and great value. BUT it arrived with the aluminium pole too long to join to the tool. By chance I have pipe slicers so cut it to the correct length. Also I received a euro plug charger instead of the uk version that I ordered. By chance I had a conversion plug. Lastly the instruction booklet is very poor and has no mention or illustrations with three sections to the pole. Still a great product much lower in price than competitors - two batteries from Makita cost more than OneVan complete kit with two batteries. The company has great ejgnginerts but needs a marketing chief to make the customer experience accurate and professional. The hedge trimmer is a great addition to my garden tools. Thanks
