Very good water and also customer service

This is my first Walter filtered machine after doing my research around. The review from the customer on Hommix was great. I bought one and am well over the moon with my water filter from them. The customer service from Alan was wonderful as a lot of other customers also mentioned him. He has been brilliant with sending the goodwill gesture parts, which was missing, quickly and explain the difficulties I had when installing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. They definitely look after their customers.
