Weeks after receiving my order I got a bill for duties that was 50% of what the bag was! The bag cost $215 and the duties were $112!! I have never had this happen before and I do order items from overseas. It should clearly be stated before completing your checkout that you are going to get these fees. I should not have to hunt all over the website for this information. I definitely would not have not ordered this bag for $325-it is not worth it. Needless to say I will not be purchasing from them again nor can I recommend this company. Do better Silfen to your customers and fully disclose all costs at checkout before a purchase is made. You can make it more obvious that, first of all you don’t and won’t absorb the duties, and don’t pretend everyone knows this and or where to find this information. I honestly would rather have this added into the purchase up front than to be blindsided. You don’t want to lose a sale so you just don’t mention it.
