Sweetheart Cherry Tree

Well I finally planted the tree today. I MUST say I’m impressed with the established root system on it. The entire tree looks healthy. This time around I purchased the 6-7’ trees instead of the 1-2’ I purchased last year. The tree was professionally packaged to ensure the tree wasn’t damaged in transit. Furthermore the company handled everything I needed help with. Thanks

The tree I planted last year has taken well and has lots of leaves on it. I hope I get a cherry or two this year but it looks good and healthy. I’ll let you know when I get a cherry.

Eaten by deer

I planted this tree in my yard and it was immediately eaten by deer that night. The tree looked great before and shipping was fine. Just be aware that deer love to eat the leaves, bark, etc of cherry tree saplings. I now have large fences up to protect future saplings from deer.
