Nagami Kumquat Tree

Nagami Kumquat 3 months later

Started out a single trunk. Planted using root rocket fertilizer and now has multiple branches. Flowered once but fruit did not form. Plant is doing great here in central Florida for only being in ground for 3 months. Very happy.

Tree arrived in good shape and I have transplanted it. So far it seems to be surviving. I am not sure about amount of watering needed so I only water when the top 2” soil feels dry.

The Original Nagami & Replacement Marumi Trees Are Thriving

Due to a 3rd party shipping delay, the Marumi had to be replaced. I notified FGTs and followed their instructions for a replacement request, and FGTs quickly shipped another Marumi to me. Because I live in Zone 7, both citrus trees were planted in terra cotta pots in soil meant for citrus/avocado. I placed a layer of coarse mulch on top. They are nice-looking, healthy trees. The customer service has been above par and very responsive, and because of their excellent service, I also ordered peach trees, blueberries, and a lime tree.
