Great - AMAZING - customer service

Our tree did show up much later than expected due to the heat wave across the eastern US. However, when we reached it to the customer service team about the delivery not being on time, they explained the cause (heat wave), and addressed the concerns I had promptly. Been about a week now since we put the tree in the ground and this far she appears to be flourishing! So happy with the end result. Piece of advice - make sure you get yourselves a moisture gauge for the soil. It helps SO MUCH with monitoring water needs, which is crucial especially at the start of this journey.

Initially skeptical

I will admit that I was initially skeptical about purchasing plants from an online retailer. I decided to give it a try since I couldn't source what I wanted locally. My Fuji apple tree came well protected and healthy. The tree is a skinny sapling at this point. I will also admit to not having a great deal of knowledge on apple trees in general, so I'm unsure how a young tree should look. I'm sure I'm time once it's well rooted, it will start to fatten in the trunk.
