My tree was delivered perfectly. It was beautiful. Everything was intact however, our area is going through a heat spell very very dry and so I have not planted it yet, but I’m keeping it watered. I have ordered from this company before it’s always done right

After planting it, however, we went through a stretch of very hot weather, and the tree began dropping leaves. Many of the remaining leaves turned brown, and I honestly thought I might lose it. Their customer service responded with helpful recommendations and assured me that transplant shock combined with the summer heat was likely the cause. They encouraged me to be patient, continue watering properly, and give the tree time to recover. I'm glad I followed their advice. After a few weeks, the tree began putting out lots of new growth and now looks healthy and is thriving. It's clear that the tree just needed time to establish itself. Buying a tree online can feel like a gamble, but Fast Growing Trees stood behind their product and provided excellent support when I needed it. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

We received our tree a couple of weeks ago! It was planted the next day and used the fertilizer that we got with the tree. Just waiting now for some flowers to appear!!
