Yame Okumidori First Harvest Matcha (50g)

This Single Cultivar Series Okumidori matcha has been such a nice addition to my daily routine. The powder is an intense, vibrant green and it whisks up easily into a fine foam with a smooth texture. Flavor wise it’s clean and balanced and rewarding astrigency. I’ve been preparing it the traditional Japanese ceremonial way and it's like any special ingredient, to be savoured, taken time and appreciated.
