Ria Paperclip Chain Necklace

Your customer service is appalling and your promise to love it or return for a refund is not what your customer service staff are abiding by. I was refused a return several times for a refund after the necklace was not the advertised size (5cms too short). Why was I NOT allowed a return and refund?????????? Worst company to deal with and staff is unbelievably rude. Never shopping with them again!

I love mine & will at some stage buy another one, slightly longer.
