SP-005 (White) Bundle with UHMW Silent Skates & Pro Sleeve

I selected the black version of the mouse-pad into my cart, i checked out and checked the confirmation email an hour or so later, and see that it says "white version". I am 95% certain that I selected the Black version of the pad. To add to my confidence that you changed it, I witnessed the Sleeve change from Black to White, and then back to Black. Contacting your live bot just told me to send you an email, incredibly helpful, so helpful that I decided I don't have enough faith in persuing it further. The packaging is top-tier. The pad is nowhere near as fast as I expected. To a point where I'm inclined to believe that the "Advertisement" done on social media where the mouse rotates quickly, is done with oil on the pad. The lack of stock on the M-size sleeve sucks, this XL is way too large (obviously). When the pad works, it works nicely, even without the speed I expected. The skates are fine, I guess. Although the quantity skates that the mousepad itself includes in the purchase (the pack of 4 UHMW, and PTFE skates) Disappoints me. As due to the nature of my mouse, the skate positioning does not allow it to be stable length wise with just 4 skates. I am aware that this would be a mouse issue, however I imagine that the layout that my mouse has is not uncommon in the slightest. For reference the mouse I am describing is the "ATK A9 Ultra", this mouse has trenches for where the initial skates were. The quantity of emails received about this purchase is appaling, especially considering that I would get an email from both you (the shop), and FEDex (the courier). Except that the timeline for delivery does not is not the same in both emails. The variance made making sure I was home at the time of delivery quite a hustle. I would prefer if I only got an email from the Courier, instead of from both parties. To sum it up, no, I'm not satisfied with my purchase. Am I likely to recommend a glass pad to a friend? Yes. Am I likely to recommend a wallhack glass pad to a friend? No.

Getting a glass mousepad is a game changing experience and would recommend a glass pad to anyone thinking of buying one! Especially the sp-005

The texture of the mousepad feels like butter paired with the smoothness of the skates creates a nice overall experience- almost effortless. The smell of the inside of the mouse skates is like a brand new iPhone from 2019😭. From my experience with gloves or sleeves to reduce friction on smooth surfaces alike such as the Huion drawing tablet glove, is that the edges in the inside have a very noticeable tactile feeling. However, this problem has been solved within the wallhack sleeve with the ‘bonded edges’. 5 stars.
