My first pad arrived with a faulty surface, but after corresponding with customer support (who were brilliant and responded so quickly) they sent a replacement which is perfect. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Really good! Very high quality and I love the improvements that have been made over the several iterations of skypad's development. The smoother edges and entire underside grip pad stand out the most.

The company is very professional in handling product issues. The mouse pad feels great and has a strong, well-designed build. I recently had an issue with my sleeve starting to rip, possibly due to heat causing the adhesive to weaken. I contacted support and received a response within a few hours. Because I clearly explained the issue, the support team handled it efficiently in a single email and arranged a replacement. It arrived very quickly as well.
