Tropic of Capricorn - Dragonfruit Melon Green Tea

Nice on ice

This was a refreshing blend that made for a unique iced tea. I really liked the melon in this one as a counterpoint to the tangy dragonfruit. I was not as much of a fan when served hot; the " green tea" flavor came through too much for my taste, but green tea and I don't always get along anyway, so the fact that I can enjoy it in any form is a win.

Refreshing with a flavor shock!

I do not tend to like fruity teas so I eyed this sample with suspicion. How wrong I was. Tropic of Capricorn blends the astringent quality of green tea with the flavorful, fruity, sweet (but not overpowering) dragonfruit melon flavors. Add a bit of honey and you've got yourself a mild spring day that a butterfly would envy.
