This is an absolutely amazing product, and the staff are just as equally amazing. They were really nice and very easy to get hold of. They replied extremely quickly, considering how many orders they have actually had for this product. Thank you very much! I will be back. I recommend it to anyone who suffers with heat. I struggle to regulate my temperature, and it's been amazing. I've even used it to help get to sleep. So versatile. Even the dog loves it.

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical, but this product really does deliver! I used it as a ‘neckerchief’ through the last heatwave and I use it when I’m playing sport. Its compact container and quick recooling feature are excellent. I have already purchased a second one!

Took a long time to get them and lots of false starts Asked for refund .. but towels were sent out 2 days later They’ve arrived .. haven’t used them yet
