Great decoder. Infinitely customisable with my Lokprogrammer .

Good from far, but far from good.

The finished model looked superb DCC ready. The running of the model was erratic and stalled often. After communication from your customer service robot, I cleaned the wheels and pick ups. This resulted with running some where acceptable. It was not made clear the decoder I need to fit. next 18, had to be compactable with the stay alive, which resulted purchasing extra decoders. This will make me think twice before purchasing any more Accurascale products

Great Product, problematic contact.

In my view Accurascale supply the best 00 guage product in the industry. However I will not be purchasing from them directly in the future. My experience was that they delivered the wrong product. That was not a problem until I tried to contact them. Couldn't find a telephone contract anywhere. It then at least two weeks of emails back and forth to resolve the problem. I willbe buying Accurascale products in the future, because they are great. But from a distributor with with telephone customer service.
