They charged me even though I didn’t have an active subscription. I tried to cancel immediately, but all I received were generic automated responses. No one actually responds to your emails. I sent more than 10 emails requesting that they not ship the product, yet they ignored every request and sent it anyway. The only communication I received was from what appears to be an AI bot that kept sending the same canned responses over and over. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Stay far away from this company. Not only is the customer service terrible, but the product didn’t work for me either. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. and now I’m stuck in a subscription that I can’t get out oh without canceling my credit card, which is a hassle all in itself SMH
