Absolutely horrible customer service, not cancel order button, bought this product with the shop app and never added my card to a subscription plan but when i received a confirmation email for a second order in never placed, they told me they were not able to refund me or cancel the order. The products themselves are subpar, after a while the cologne smell dissipates in less than 6 hours and you are left with a shea butter smell more than anything else.

Well…..I have the real ombré Nomad and it doesn’t smell any thing like this,or last anywhere near as long as it unfortunately I don’t own any Clive Christian scents so I don’t have any comparison, I wish companies would also say where their products are made ie a factory in China so people can judge for themselves instead of falling for the false advertising and website promises , finally, yes it’s nice to rub in but that’s no different to my much cheaper ones I can get from Boots

I placed my order 50 days ago, and it still hasn’t been shipped. After multiple emails and repeated promises, I’m still waiting with no valid tracking number and no actual shipment. Taking payment for an order and leaving a customer waiting for 50 days without delivery is completely unacceptable.
