Brazil: Cachoeira da Grama, Yellow Bourbon

What an amazing coffee, what flavours! Can't believe I used to think the burnt and bitter flavours of Lavazza were the standard, ewww, what was I thinking? I now order lots of different ones from Ozone and this is one of my favourites!

I had 3 bags delivered last week and just opened a bag this morning after leaving it for a few days to de-gas. I’ve made a cappuccino and an espresso ,both beautiful and both with an excellent crema ,the espresso looked like a miniature Guinness!

Having been brewing this with my pour over for the last few weeks I can definitely vouch for the labels claims, you can instantly smell the chocolate notes from the second you open the bag, I am looking forward to experimenting with more brewing methods over the coming weeks
