Salt Marsh Lamb Shoulder

Tasty and nicely prepared.

Had to do a Sunday roast for 20. Got 2 x 2.5kg rolled boned shoulder. Cooked long and slow. Guests all said the meat was very tasty. Good value. Arrived on time.

Lamb fest for Easter

Only needed one shoulder - slow cooked for 6 hours and fell off bone, taste was amazing, enough left over to make a Ras el Hanout for midweek! Loved by all at the table ❤️

Fabulous lamb!

Lovely meaty joint of succulent lamb. Slow roasted with a Greek lovely Greek marinade it just fell off the bone and the flavour shone through the marinade.
