I purchased a $150 bundle and brought it on a ski trip, using the included clip in the bundle (not the lanyard bersion)to secure the camera. Unfortunately, I lost the camera on my very first run when the clip failed. I did not fall, and the camera was placed in a secure position where it wouldn’t be disturbed. As a result, I lost the camera, memory card, and clip—all on its first use. I contacted Snap Cam within 30 days of purchase, but was told they could not assist. Given that the product failed immediately, this lack of support was extremely disappointing. I’m now left with unusable accessories and am out $150 without getting a single recording. We skied the trail multiple times trying to recover the camera, but had no success. What should have been a fun day capturing memories was overshadowed by the frustration of losing the camera on its very first outing. Overall, very disappointed with both the product reliability and the customer service.
